Faculty Teacher
Dr Daniel Flynn is a specialist endodontist, educator and international lecturer dedicated to helping clinicians deliver predictable, minimally invasive root canal treatment. He qualified with honours from Trinity College Dublin in 2002 before completing a year as a House Officer at Dublin Dental Hospital, where he gained experience in restorative dentistry and oral surgery.
After working in private practice and completing his MFDS examinations, Daniel moved to London to undertake a three-year postgraduate training programme in endodontics at the Eastman Dental Institute. In 2008, he was awarded Membership in Restorative Dentistry by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and joined the General Dental Council’s Specialist List for Endodontics. He has worked exclusively within endodontics since 2005.
Daniel practises in London’s West End and Knightsbridge, treating complex cases using contemporary techniques, magnification and a biologically driven approach. Alongside clinical practice, he teaches endodontics to general dentists and provides microsurgery training for endodontists and clinicians with a special interest in the field.
He is also the founder of Toothsaver, a clinician-led dental supplier created to identify practical, high-quality endodontic materials and equipment. Through his lectures and hands-on teaching, Daniel translates specialist knowledge into clear, clinically relevant strategies that dentists can apply confidently in everyday practice.
